Justin W. Keener, the self-made venture investor and stealth operator who just weeks ago filed an emergency request with the U.S. District Court for the SDoNY to present never seen before data to the Court—today announced the completion of its investigative report, which, once fully understood, serves as both a reality check and a course correction.

The pivotal, bulletproof, and decisive evidence favoring Ripple, Coinbase, Kraken, Binance and other crypto firms in their SEC battles from the past. The investigative report and its data will be published online in the coming days.

The never presented before data, information, and analysis is said to be “decisive” and critical to both the defendants and the broader crypto industry. Keener is not a party to the lawsuit but believes the information in his possession is vital to resolving core controlling questions affecting Ripple and similar enforcement actions across the crypto space.
