LinkedIn Launches Future of Work Fund to Drive Economic Opportunity through AI Innovation

AI is reshaping how we work – in the next five years alone, 70% of the skills required to do our jobs will have changed, accelerated by AI. To ensure that all professionals across the global workforce can access the benefits of AI, we are launching the Future of Work Fund, a new $3 million investment to support leading nonprofit innovators around the world that are harnessing AI to drive economic inclusion.

From helping connect workers in rural communities to AI-powered jobs to scaling career coaching services with the help of AI tools, we’re excited to support nonprofit organizations, including Karya, CareerVillage.org, Beyond12 and more, who are creating new approaches to workforce development and ensuring that professionals are prepared for AI-powered workplaces.
