The CMA CGM Group, a global player in maritime, land, air, logistics and media solutions, has today unveiled its Purpose to all employees around the world: We imagine better ways to serve a world in motion.
Under the leadership of its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Rodolphe Saadé, the CMA CGM Group has undergone a profound transformation while remaining true to its values and its heritage. This Purpose has been designed to unite the Group’s 160,000 employees around a shared mission.
It reflects the relevance of CMA CGM’s activities and responsibilities in everyday society, as well as its commitment to all of its stakeholders: employees, customers, partners, civil society and environmental advocates.
The Purpose strengthens the connections between the Group’s various subsidiaries, business lines and locations across the 177 countries in which CMA CGM operates. It expresses the Group’s uniqueness and its ambition to play a leading role in the maritime transport, logistics and media sectors.
The development and formalisation of the Purpose were carried out in collaboration with BCG BrightHouse, while its creative expression and deployment were produced with the support of Havas Paris.
