Outreach Minister Dr. Gus Rahming Set to Further Promote Published Guide on Building Up a Church People

Dr. Gus Rahming has been a pastor for God’s Resurrection since 2002 before starting an outreach ministry in 2007. He was then consecrated as a bishop four years later. Throughout his work, he has seen the powerful connection between the strength of a local church and the strength of the built character of its people.
