Voted for by players across the globe, the respective World XIs are all-star sides which consist of those who have stood out across 2024.

The goalkeeper, three defenders, three midfielders and three forwards with the most votes will make it into the final selection. The last spot in the team is then awarded to the outfield player with the next highest number of votes.

The Blues quartet will find out if they have made the XI when it is revealed on Monday 9 December.
