Chyron Unveils Channel Box With VDS Promotor Integration For Auto Promo/Snipe Generation

Chyron Corporation (OTC BB: CYRO) has today announced the integration of its HD/SD-switchable, turnkey branding system, Channel Box with Video Design Software’s (VDS) Promotor Auto-Promo Generation suite of applications. At NAB, visitors to the Chyron booth (SU6120) can see a full demonstration of the VDS Promotor integration with Harris automation driving Channel Box to automatically generate and manage branding and promos.

Channel Box’s real-time video, graphics effects, clips and audio can be integrated with automation systems, or can be used as a standalone branding device. Combined with VDS’ Promoter software suite, Channel Box and Promotor provide an end-to-end solution solving “business rules” management, and connection issues with support for complex animation sequences triggered by automation entries, without tying up automation secondary events, in a well managed package for significant return on investment.
