WhiteGlove is designed to alleviate these issues and support long-term, preventative care. The service begins with using AI to digitize the patient’s health history and conducting a full-body workup to determine baseline healthcare needs. WhiteGlove’s physicians meet with patients via telehealth to identify pressing health concerns and develop a roadmap to cure or manage those issues.

Via partnerships with top, vetted health systems in India, WhiteGlove connects patients to in-person providers when needed, and schedules and coordinates travel to appointments. Prakash first gained prominence as the founding engineer and chief architect of Gupshup, one of the largest enterprise communications platforms that quickly became one of the world’s largest social networks by 2007, with over 35 million users in India. His work there provided critical insights into scalability and user engagement, key factors for navigating the complexities of India’s healthcare system.

He later founded Droptalk, a messaging platform acquired by Dropbox in 2014, where he honed his skills in managing extensive digital data, an essential component in digitizing and handling medical records.

Prakash’s recent startup, Taskrun.ai, focused on leveraging AI to create personalized messaging in sales and marketing, a concept that parallels the tailored communication needed between healthcare providers and patients.
