CAMBRIDGE, England - Internet radio and Digital Media Player technology leader Reciva and audio streaming pioneer RealNetworks will partner to bring RealMusic service to users through the ground-breaking Reciva family of Internet radio devices.

Reciva radio listeners will be able to access RealMusic through their Reciva enabled Internet radio or through the Reciva website at www.reciva.com.

RealMusic subscribers have instant access to more than 450 CD-quality, ad-free radio stations, mixed by Real’s global team of music editors. In addition to a deep selection of multi-genre stations, RealMusic includes artist radio stations which feature the best music from top artists and like-minded performers. The service also includes exclusive partner stations licensed from industry-leaders such as Ministry of Sound and Carl Cox.

Giles Hutchison, Reciva CEO, said, “This agreement demonstrates the ability of Reciva enabled radios to integrate simply with subscription based media services, providing Reciva users with what they want, when they want to listen to it. We welcome RealNetworks as a partner in offering Reciva enabled radio users the very best music available over the Internet along with other great content.”

Piers Heaton-Armstrong, General Manager Consumer Services, RealNetworks said, “Reciva’s technology allows a seamless interface with RealMusic. You can now listen to RealMusic in any room in your home without using your PC, all for less than the price of a CD every month.”
