FPP Secures I-956F Approval for Kaia by Outdoor Citizen

Milwaukee, WI, USA – WEBWIRE

FPP is proud to announce that its rural project, Kaia by Outdoor Citizen, has officially received I-956F approval from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

Form I-956F - Application for Approval of an Investment in a Commercial Enterprise, is a critical step in the EB-5 process, ensuring that the project meets the stringent requirements set forth by USCIS. This approval provides assurance to investors that their capital is being deployed in a project that aligns with federal guidelines. “This I-956F approval underscores our commitment to consistently delivering projects that offer investors a clear pathway to the United States,” said Bob Kraft, Chairman and CEO of FPP.

As reflected in the I-956F decision, the Project “complies with EB-5 requirements,” validating the evidence submitted indicating that the investment from EB-5 petitioners will create sufficient jobs and; its qualifications as a Rural Targeted Employment Area (“TEA”), qualifying investors for the reduced $800,000 investment threshold and priority processing.

The I-956F was approved in under 5 months without request for evidence (RFE) from USCIS. “This fast approval is a testament to our ability to deliver high-quality, compliant EB-5 projects,” said Dan Wycklendt, President of FPP.

This marks a significant milestone for both FPP and the investors participating in the project. The approval is applied to the project portion of all associated I-526E petitions, leaving USCIS only to review the individual investor’s eligibility. The combination of I-956F approval and rural priority processing positions investors for faster I-526E approvals.

Kaia by Outdoor Citizen is expected to attract significant interest from foreign investors seeking to secure U.S. Permanent Residency via the EB-5 Visa Program.
