After beating AJ Auxerre 3-1 in the final, Paris Saint-Germain have today won the Championnat National U19 title in Brive-la-Gaillarde. Zoumana Camara’s players, who also reached the final last year, have thereby earned the capital club a record-breaking fifth trophy at U19 level.

Goals from Lucas Boulmont (og, 19’), Senny Mayulu (34’) et Mahamadou Sangaré (90+4) sealed the 2023–2024 title for Les Titis at the Stade André Pestourie in central France.

Having been beaten 2-1 by FC Nantes in last season’s final, Paris’s youngsters finished top of Group A in the Championnat National U19 this year, before enjoying an exemplary knockout-stage campaign.

That knockout-stage campaign started off with a dominant 5-0 victory over Olympique Lyonnais in the quarter-finals, thanks to a goal each from Etienne Michut and Serif Nhaga as well as a hat trick from Mahamadou Sangaré.

Les Rouge et Bleu then ran out 2-0 winners over Olympique de Marseille in the semi-finals, just as they did last season, with the goals coming from Senny Mayulu and Ibrahim Mbaye.

With this fifth domestic U19 title joining the ones won in 2006, 2010, 2011 and 2016, Paris Saint-Germain have set a new record and become France’s most decorated club in this particular age category.

“This fifth U19 title is a historic moment, which makes the whole Paris Saint-Germain family proud. Congratulations to the players, the management, the coaching staff and the players’ families, who have all supported the team’s collective success. We are exceptionally proud of our fantastic academies at Paris Saint-Germain, which are laying the foundations of our future. This U19 title concludes a memorable season across all sections.”
Nasser Al-Khelaifi, President of Paris Saint-Germain
