The ProLine Grader series feature a versatile suite of standardized modular options, and add-on components, gives processors the flexibility to select the precise grading-solution combination to matches individual operating environments. The non-tubular, hygienic design makes for easy cleaning in super-short times.

New version of tried & tested Speed Batcher
Marel Speed Batchers automatically create batches fixed portion batches with minimum overweight, and have the unique capability of creating sub-weights that are then selectively combined to form best batch-weights.

The new Speed Batcher SBS-3000 – the fourth version in the speed-batcher family – is ideal for creating small consumer batches ranging from 100 grams to 1 kg. It delivers increased throughput with extremely high accuracy. The SBS-3000 has a hygienic design for easy cleaning.

Intelligent Trimming Machine
The Intelligent Trimming Machine from Marel automatically trims salmon and trout fillets into pre-defined shapes or patterns at dynamic speed. This advanced vision system ensures a high precision cut. The entire process – from measuring to trimming – is highly efficient. The Marel ITM ensures consistent quality and up to 2% more yield than manual trimming – all at a very fast rate of up to 40 fillets per minute.
