Kuraray Europe GmbH (KEG) (a 100% owned subsidiary of Kuraray Co., Ltd.; Headquarters: Frankfurt, Germany; President: Dr. Matthias Gutweiler; hereinafter “KEG”) announces the establishment of a new European subsidiary, Kuraray Europe Spain S.L., to reinforce KEG’s networks in Europe and accelerate future market development in the Iberian Peninsula.
