She is the President, owner, and founder of Bondtech Corporation, International Marketing Specialists, Gator Made Trailers, IMS Fabrication, and the Somerset Foundation.

Bondtech Corporation is a leader in designing and manufacturing autoclaves for medical waste treatment, rubber vulcanizing, aerospace composites, and glass lamination. IMS Fabrication is a leading manufacturer of rubber equipment for over-the-road machinery and has manufactured the largest OTR autoclave in the world for Peru. Elsa is also a Christian philanthropist, Vice President, Mission Director of Outreach for Jesus, and President of the Somerset Foundation.

She has established mission-based churches and facilities in Guatemala, Chiapas, Mexico, Romania, and Israel, focusing on the well-being and education of children and women in underdeveloped countries. She has also helped establish workplaces for underdeveloped countries, providing medical help once a year to Guatemala and helping fight extreme poverty and social injustice. Elsa is currently helping refugees in Iraq and Syria.
