Frankfurt Book Fair 2023 Exhibit Includes Display of Nathaniel Gawayne Sutton’s Family-Centric and Inspiring Inner City Novel

As a large, global book fair, the Frankfurt Book Fair was an opportunity for many new authors to share their stories with wider international audiences. Likewise, some of these stories come from many parts of the world. It’s an opportunity embraced by painter and now Christian author Nathaniel Gawayne Sutton. His book, “Willie Mae’s Son from Clinton Avenue,” tells a powerful story about the challenges of inner city life and how such challenges can still be overcome with the love of family.

As the world’s biggest international book trade fair, the Frankfurt Book Fair teamed with exhibits sharing countless stories. Plenty of them are told from perspectives from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds.

Among those representing stories of American inner city life is new Christian author Nathaniel Gawayne Sutton. His book, “Willie Mae’s Son from Clinton Avenue: You never forget your first teacher,” was also exhibited at the event with the help of ReadersMagnet, a book marketing and self-publishing company.

The book’s central message is that it takes a village to raise good children. It focuses primarily on the experiences of one poor kid who nonetheless realizes the value of people instead of the pursuit of wealth. However, his upbringing could not have been possible if it weren’t for the strength, support, and example set by older men in his life.
