WHAT: Open dress rehearsal for accredited media of the 25th Annual PBS A Capitol Fourth concert. (The concert will be broadcast live on PBS from the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol on Monday, July 4, 2005 from 8 to 9:30 p.m. ET, check local listings).

WHEN: SUN., July 3 -- TALENT REHEARSAL SCHEDULE (subject to change):

11:50 A - 12:50 P -- The O’Jays

2 P - 2:30 P -- Kimberley Locke

2:30 P - 3:25 P -- Ronan Tynan

3:25 P - 5:20 P -- Gloria Estefan, Jimmy Smits

5:20 P - 6 P -- Barry Bostwick

7:40 to 10 p.m. -- FULL CONCERT DRESS REHEARSAL (see below for live feed info)

-- CLOSED SET SATURDAY AND MONDAY, JULY 2 & 4: NO MEDIA ACCESS

WHERE: U.S. CAPITOL, WEST LAWN, IN FRONT OF THE STAGE, Washington D.C.

LIVE FEED: Pool members -- CNN, CBS, NBC, FOX and ABC -- are invited to use the live program feed available at Verizon’s AVOC pool switch by calling the NBC (pool chair) assignment desk at (202) 885-4200. The assignment desk will make the feed available to media on Sunday, July 3, 19:40 - 22:00 EDT (full dress rehearsal) and Monday, July 4, 20:00 - 21:30 EDT (live broadcast). All media are welcome to receive the concert on PBS’s schedule X which can be found on IA 6 (the old Telstar 6), C-Band Transponder 8. This service is an unencrypted analog clear feed. Additionally, a mult feed will be available from the production truck on site. The maximum footage allowed for use is 3 minutes and the video credit is Capital Concerts/PBS.
