About the Author
Musa Bin Ismail holds a Bachelor of Arts (History) in 1973 and a Bachelor of Laws in (1981) both from the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He is married with three sons. He was a First Class magistrate for 4 years. He was called to the Malaysian Bar in 1987 and in the same year he left the judicial service and set up his own law firm Musa & Co and has been practising law for the past 23 years. Currently, he is still practicing as an advocate & solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and his areas of practice include land laws, land acquisitions, administration of estate, equity and trusts, commercial transactions, and criminal laws.
