Author’s Biography

Marsha O’Brien is passionate about the quality of her work. Her writing reflects a high degree of responsibility to empower readers. She believes as human beings we should channel positive information to each other through straightforward and easily read books. Marsha also believes humor is invaluable as an asset in healing and life in general. She was a personal trainer who, above all, knew her subject matter. She made everyone feel at ease and calibrated her classes to attend to individual needs – even with larger classes.

She is also an enthusiastic photographer. She only uses her photography in her work. Her favorite subjects include nature, dogs, the study of human beings, and kayaking.

While working with pain management clients, Marsha showed a high degree of responsibility and was very good at motivating students to help themselves heal. At the culmination of classes, she added fifteen minutes of stress management and relaxation techniques. She said: “Students complained at first, but before the end of each 6-week course, all my students fell asleep during the relaxation. It was so rewarding.”

Marsha’s writing ranges from children’s and light fiction to a few controversial subjects and informal instruction books on managing chronic pain, becoming the best you can and benefiting from the powers of love in life.
