HBO Max releases official poster for the new brazilian series ‘Teenage kiss: the future is dead’

Production freely inspired by the successful comic book by comic artist Rafael Coutinho arrives on the platform on October 19th

HBO Max has just revealed the official poster for the new national original production TEENAGE KISS: THE FUTURE IS DEAD, which premieres on October 19 on the platform. Created by Mariana Youssef and Peppe Siffredi, the eight-episode series features an explosion of colors and visual effects and invites the public to be part of a secret society.

Freely inspired by ‘O Beijo Adolescente’, a successful comic book by comic artist Rafael Coutinho, and produced by Gullane for Warner Bros. Discovery, the production takes place in a dystopian Brazil in which the Amazon Rainforest has become an industrial park and a group of young people seek to live their youth to the fullest, protecting themselves from an evil that attacks adults, monochromaticism.

However, the arrival of a new special teenager and a wave of murders of young people puts the existence of B.A. and the future of the nation into question. TEENAGE KISS: THE FUTURE IS DEAD portrays relevant and necessary themes for today’s youth through its narrative accompanied by a striking visual identity.
