“Werewolf on Madison Avenue” follows Jeff Foxlove, who acquires a curse of lycanthropy after an unexpected attack from a beast while on a vacation in the Yucatan jungle. During the full moon, he transforms into a werewolf, craving human flesh and blood.

Jeff Foxlove is an ace advertising copywriter for Cudmore Agency, known for churning out crass, tasteless, and raunchy ad campaigns. He has no reservations about wallowing in the mud as long as he makes a good salary and has attracted the attention of an actress.

After getting bit by a mysterious feral creature of the night, Jeff experiences a horrible metamorphosis under a full moon. He transforms into a werewolf that brings fear and trouble in New York City, hunting for human prey.

Jeff finds out that the only thing to stop his full-moon transformation into a blood-thirsty beast is to travel back to the jungle and find the cure to his curse. Will he ever find a way to lift the curse before the lycanthropy totally consumes him?
