Author’s Biography
Laura Callan is pursuing her lifelong dream to write children’s books which are both educational and fun. Always looking for ways to spend quality time with her three grandchildren, she was inspired to write a book about cooking. She hopes that writing from personal experiences will appeal to adults and children alike. Originally from Queens, New York, she now lives on Long Island with her husband, two Greyhounds, an Irish Wolfhound, a Ginger cat, and a Sulcata Tortoise. She graduated from St. John’s University, N.Y., with a B.S. in Communication Arts.
