Pandemic-Time Legal Drama by Mark H. Dumm Seen Over at the San Diego Union-Tribune Festival of Books 2023

Legal dramas always make for thrilling reads as much they make for hit TV shows. But for Mark H. Dumm, however, he thought it’d be quite a twist to also set one right in the midst of the massive social upheaval of the 2020 COVID-19 crisis.
