Peggy Varljen’s Simple Version of Jesus’ Life Will Be Exhibited at the Printers Row Lit Fest 2023

Even in an age increasingly defined by digital media and content, events like the Printers Row Lit Fest continue catering to the still-present demand for new books. That even includes books on well-known subjects such as the life of Jesus. In fact, Christian author Peggy Palmer Varljen has arranged an exhibit of her book on the subject as she has seen many faithful Christian families still struggle to understand the story of the Gospels within their own homes.

“It’s the greatest story simply told.”

In today’s world, digital media and content have been dominating for quite some time. However, that has not actually eliminated the demand for published books and exhibiting them in fairs like Chicago’s own Printers Row Lit Fest.

In fact, Peggy Palmer Varljen is at least one Christian author who thinks that her target audiences are not being served even the most basic literature needed in their own homes.

That’s why, in her case, she’s decided to publish and exhibit a condensed and simplified story of Jesus’ life, death and resurrection in her book “Jesus: His Story.”

The book is a simple story of Jesus, but it incorporates facts and events from all four gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Varljen is a very experienced hand at writing and uses her skill to explain Jesus’ life with a narrative style that is flowing, connected and overall easier to follow. Naturally, it’s written for all ages, so parents can easily sit down with their kids to read this story from start to finish.

Prior to writing this book, she had written for the Orlando Sentinel, published books in arts-n-crafts, and even worked as a marketing director with resorts in the Walt Disney World area. Today, she’s been using her amassed talents and expertise to help Christians rediscover the essence of their faith without worrying about too much study.

Visitors to the Printers Row Lit Fest 2023 can check out Peggy Palmer Varljen’s “Jesus: His Story” when it goes on display at the self-publishing and book marketing company ReadersMagnet’s exhibit. The literary fest will take place on September 9-10, 2023, at the historic Printers Row Park, South Loop, Chicago, Illinois. The book is available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
