Author
Marvin Stottlemire earned a BA in political science from the University of Oregon, an MA, a Ph.D. in political science from Rice University, and a JD from the University of Kansas School Of Law. He has enjoyed careers as an attorney, working for the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, and as a teacher. He taught political science at Louisiana State University in Shreveport and was the Assistant Director of the University of Kansas Public Management Center. He recently retired from his position as Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Preventive Medicine and Public Health at the University of Kansas Medical Center.
