Dr. Darlene Adamson-Henderson is a world-renowned Educator, Evangelist, Consultant, Author, speaker, and Philanthropist. She has 40 years of K–12 experience in counseling, educational leadership, and management. Her passion is to enhance children’s lives through education by developing schools; hence, as CEO and Founder of the Heritage Institute Inc., she provides consulting to leaders in education for this purpose.

She is also the founder of HIAT (Higher Institute of Arts and Technology), the first charter school in Merrillville, IN. Always one to give back, and because of her love of God, she created the JICBS movement, JICBSoon.com (Jesus Is Coming Back Soon), to prepare the world for the return of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She holds a Doctorate of Theology from GMOR Theological Seminary, a Master in Education from Cambridge College, and a Bachelor of Science from Calumet College.

Outside of her professional life, Dr. Darlene enjoys her family, devoted husband, Booker T. II, and children, DarNieshia (Terrance) Morris, Binika, Jamarr, and Jasmine Henderson.
