Joseph Kenney graduated from Creighton University then entered the army as an aviation officer. He was awarded the Air Medal for Operation Desert Storm and served as a Company Commander. He left active duty and returned to Creighton University to attend law school. After receiving his J.D Joe accepted a commission as a reserve army JAG Officer and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. He also spent 20 years as a federal law enforcement officer for ICE, where he spent three months in New York City investigating the 911 terrorist attack on the World Trade Center. He currently resides in Florida with his wife and daughter.
