Loren Elmer’s Guidebook On Turning Pro-Racing Technique to Life-Saving Driver Responses Soon To Exhibit at the Frankfurt Book Fair (Frankfurter Buchmesse)

The Frankfurt Book Fair (Frankfurter Buchmesse) is one of the world’s largest book fairs and attracts thousands of publishers to discuss the newest industry insights. It’s also a great opportunity for experts and thought leaders in other fields to showcase books that share updated information that could help the average citizen. That’s certainly the goal of expert driving school instructor Loren Elmer who has arranged to exhibit his book “Stay Alive While Driving” at the event.

“What’s the difference between racecar driving and you suddenly trying to avoid a collision? Nothing.”

This October, the Frankfurt Book Fair (Frankfurter Buchmesse) will once again bring together many global publishers to discuss trends in the literature market while offering plenty of networking opportunities to aspiring authors.

It’s also a good opportunity even for experts in other fields to share knowledge that could improve everyday life (and even save lives in emergencies).

Such is the case of Loren Elmer and his book “Stay Alive While Driving: The Secrets of a Race Car Driver.”

Elmer has very extensive experience as both a professional Formula car driver and instructor. As a former Skip Barber instructor, he has taught in a number of prestigious racing schools around the country. He’s also written the curriculum for them, and his book shares a lot of unexpected insights into the driver’s seat.

Normally, most people would expect that having a race car driver’s mentality on everyday driving roads is a recipe for disaster. And naturally, Elmer agrees. However, he does see one wrinkle in this conventional wisdom. Despite the association between formula racers and high-risk taking, Elmer notices that there has actually been no difference between them and regular drivers when it comes to emergency maneuvers.

His book further explores this idea and how even regular drivers should develop the vigilance, discipline, and best practices of professional racers so that they can better respond to a sudden danger on the road.

Visitors to the Frankfurt Book Fair (Frankfurter Buchmesse) can learn more about how this is done by checking out “Stay Alive While Driving: The Secrets of a Race Car Driver” by Loren Elmer when it goes on display at the ReadersMagnet exhibit. The event will take place on October 18-22, 2023, at the Frankfurt Trade Fair grounds, Ludwig-Erhard-Anlage 1, 60327 Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The book is available on Amazon.
