“Outland Exile” by W. Clark Boutwell was Exhibited at the 2023 Hong Kong Book Fair

The self-publishing and book marketing company ReadersMagnet displayed “Outland Exile: Book 1 of Old Men and Infidels” by W. Clark Boutwell at their exhibit booth at the Hong Kong Book Fair 2023. The book event occurred last July 19-25, 2023, at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, 1 Expo Dr, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Malila’s attempt to solve a recurring problem in the Outlands is met with internal politics, sending her outside the Unity’s borders to confront a shocking reality she never imagined.

Boutwell’s novel is nail-biting political and social commentary with an exciting plot. As readers journey deeper into the dystopian tale set in the outlands, they will learn about the dangers of a society that values youth above all else. The novel depicts a clash between the lower class and an armed government, forewarning modern society’s shallow and youth-obsessed culture.
