ReadersMagnet Displayed Jeff Lucier’s “Madam’s Mini” at the Hong Kong Book Fair 2023

The self-publishing and book marketing company ReadersMagnet exhibited Jeff Lucier’s children’s book “Madam’s Mini” at their exhibit booth at the 2023 Hong Kong Book Fair on July 19-25, 2023, at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, 1 Expo Dr, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. The event is one of the grandest book fairs in Asia, creating a diverse and fascinating literary experience.

“Madam’s Mini” tells a delightful story of a young boy named Hubert who is good friends with Madam. Madam is a charming elderly lady who moved to his world from England and brought a snazzy little 66 Mini Cooper S. Madam was taking Hubert for a drive one day. They found themselves at a stoplight beside an obnoxious man driving a loud and powerful 57 Chevrolet Corvette.

Madam would not engage in a road race with them. However, she has a kind heart and zero tolerance for anyone who belittles others or makes fun of their differences. Hubert was impressed and concerned when Madam challenged a driver to a race to the city limits.

Author Jeff Lucier has an appreciation for classic automobiles. He owned an ’86 Austin Mini Mayfair when his book was first published. He shares his love for vintage vehicles through his works. “Madam’s Mini” is filled with timeless lessons and a fun tale for everyone. Mr. Lucier has an affinity for classic cars. He owns and drives an ’86 Austin Mini Mayfair, while his wife drives an ’03 BMW Mini Cooper.
