Edward R. Lipinski’s Novel “Visions of Destiny” Will Be Displayed at the Frankfurt Book Fair 2023

Edward R. Lipinski’s “Visions of Destiny” will soon be displayed by self-publishing and book marketing company ReadersMagnet at the 2023 Frankfurt Book Fair. The book trade fair will take place on October 18-22, 2023, at Ludwig-Erhard-Anlage 1, 60327 Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

The Frankfurt Book Fair is the largest trade fair for books, based on the number of publishing companies represented. The event features exhibits for book publishing, multimedia, and technology. Participants that visit the event include authors, readers, buyers, and marketers.

“Visions of Destiny” follows Henry Gainsvort, a guy with a gift for predicting the future. However, as he grows up, his premonitions become negative. He only sees something ominous happening, which leads him to become a subject of fear, distrust, and ridicule. Henry decides to live a hermit-like life.

Living alone in Sunset Park, Henry still lives a hermit life and has tragic visions. He meets Augie, a neighbor, who has the idea of taking advantage of the gift for money at the casino. However, the plan eventually backfires, causing a strain on their bond.

Henry returns to his reclusive existence until he experiences a vision more alarming than any he’s ever had. When the people realize his visions are real, the authorities take him to isolation for further observation. Henry has two more visions: one of a violent and devastating accident and another dazzling vision that is a portent of a grand and glorious beginning yet to come.

Edward R. Lipinski has worked in publishing and advertising for 40+ years. He has worked as an art director, graphic designer, illustrator, and writer. He wrote and illustrated the home improvement column for the New York Times for over five years and is the author of “Pucasso,” “The Cat Who Wanted To Be An Artist,” a children’s book; “The New York Times Home Repair Almanac;” and “Tiling: The Installation Handbook.” “Werewolf On Madison Avenue” is his first novel.
