Book on Embracing Christian Resilience and Being of Service by Jamie Pulos-Fry Slated for Exhibit at the Frankfurt Book Fair 2023

Stories of resilience in the Christian faith are plenty, but for author Jamie Pulos-Fry, there is still so much more than that can be done with it. She explains how and more in her book “Encouraging A Friend With Our Trials.” It’s a book that shows how her personal tragedies led her closer to understanding what God wanted for her personal growth and inspired her to be of even greater service to her community.

“Your book is written from an honest and sincere heart which reflects the “token of grace” you are to so many people because of the trials you have had in your life and how God has brought you through them. We know as believers that God will use us to minister to others who face those same trials in the future because we have “lived it’ and came through as “gold” due to God’s refining.” Mrs. Nancy Lusk, Choir member at Lancaster Baptist Church, Lancaster, California

For almost 50 years, the Frankfurt Book Fair (Frankfurter Buchmesse) has been bringing together thousands of the world’s global publishers to talk licensing, share the latest industry insights, and exhibit works by new authors.

For humble Christian writers like Jamie Pulos-Fry, the goal is much simpler: Tell their story, share their faith. Her book “Encouraging A Friend With Our Trials” will be exhibited by self-publishing and book marketing company ReadersMagnet at the Frankfurt Book Fair (Frankfurter Buchmesse).

The book’s main theme echoes that of other Christian books that talk about resilience in the midst of great personal tragedies. In Jamie’s case, it tells the story of a vehicular accident that left her traumatized and her faith greatly shaken.

Like many who experienced such tragedies, Jamie was confronted with the question of why a seemingly all-loving God would allow such things to happen.

After her horrible car accident and her long journey of recovery, she realized that even such awful events can be God’s way of bringing even greater things out of people. Moved by her experience, she went on to further dedicate herself to various community services at Lancaster Baptist Church. She’s also served in the coffee shop and bookstore of the West Coast Baptist College, sung at the church choir, and served as captain of the Ladies’ Bus for five years.

Visitors to the Frankfurt Book Fair (Frankfurter Buchmesse) will get to learn more about her story by checking out the book “Encouraging A Friend With Our Trials” at the ReadersMagnet exhibit. The book trade fair will take place at Ludwig-Erhard-Anlage 1, 60327 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, on October 18-22, 2023. The book is available online at blurb.com.
