“Create vital coherence within you to boost your creativity, your body’s ability to heal and your mind’s capacity to grow.”

The Hong Kong Book Fair, one of the largest in Asia, is set to exhibit dozens of books to visiting readers. Across the exhibits, there will be plenty of new publications dedicated to wellness, self-care, and harnessing the subconscious mind to enhance personal creativity.

At least, those are certainly important topics for osteopathic specialist and doctor of neuromuscular medicine Stephen R. Bergman. His recent book, “Buoyant Human Volume 1: Introduction: A Practical Guide to Creativity, Healing, and Learning Via the Unconscious-Conscious Interface and 5D Electromagnetics”, is now set to appear in this year’s Hong Kong Book Fair.

“Buoyant Human Volume 1: Introduction” is, first and foremost, intended to simply enhance people’s personal routines based on Bergman’s experience in osteopathy. Like many practitioners, he describes his approach as holistic, with a focus on what he calls “neural synchronization.” More specifically, it is a synchronization of the conscious and the unconscious elements of the mind through technique.

Bergman focuses on breathing techniques based on his own research as well as concepts found in Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Ayurveda, and more. If done right, the result would be a body more harmonized, enhancing a person’s creative process, learnability, and even their body’s healing mechanisms.

Bergman had spent a total of 30 years researching and putting the book’s combined knowledge into practice. Alongside Tai Chi, his book incorporates some of the latest findings regarding neuroplasticity and mindfulness. After this first volume, he hopes to publish more books on how to better incorporate his Buoyant Human concept in more areas of people’s lives.

“Buoyant Human Volume 1: Introduction: A Practical Guide to Creativity, Healing, and Learning Via the Unconscious-Conscious Interface and 5D Electromagnetics” by Stephen R. Bergman, DO, will be displayed by self-publishing and book marketing company ReadersMagnet at the Hong Kong Book Fair. Visit the exhibit at booths 1C-B23 and 1C-B25 to check out the book’s display.
