ReadersMagnet will Exhibit Rosella Calauti’s Picture Book at the 2023 Hong Kong Book Fair

The self-publishing and book marketing company ReadersMagnet will exhibit the children’s book “Friends: Here…There…Everywhere!!!” by Rosella Calauti at the Hong Kong Book Fair. The book fair will occur on July 19-25, 2023, at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, 1 Expo Dr, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

The Hong Kong Book Fair is an annual event for authors, publishers, and book lovers. Each year, visitors worldwide can expect exhibits and events aligning with the fair’s central theme, such as book exhibits, signings, and discussions. Its increasing number of visitors makes it one of the largest book fairs in Asia.

“Friends: Here…There…Everywhere!!!” encourages children to discover healthy friendships as they venture outside of their homes. It uses everyday events to promote community awareness and offers tips on how to make and maintain friendships. The book also teaches children about opposites and adverbs. Through the characters Brandi, Salvatore, Lee, Lori, and Erika, children will see examples of playing together, sharing, pretending, and caring for each other.

Rosella Calauti works in the New York State Public School System. She has managed and teaches her high school students daily since 2005 in various Career and technical education courses. Her inspiration for the book “Friends: Here…There…Everywhere!!!” came from her students and becoming an aunt for the first time, which was amazing, and the book is also dedicated to her nephew. Rosella Calauti is a career changer who brought her worldly knowledge to the classroom and found her passion, working with children. She worked hard to obtain a B.S. degree in fashion and a two-year degree in commercial and fine Art. She owned and operated a sign business and has worked in the commercial art industry. Her journey did not end there; she persisted and attended Manhattanville College, where she obtained a Master’s in Art Education. She continues to pursue her passion, teaching in the Hudson Valley with certification in both Art and Family and Consumer Sciences. She obtained an additional Master’s in Humanistic and Multicultural Education at SUNY New Paltz, where the first draft of “Friends: Here…There…Everywhere!!!” was produced. Rosella Calauti continues her journey with a commitment to education and believes in reaching your full potential.
