Available on June 28, 2023, Cornhole enthusiasts can experience what it’s like to play this backyard favorite in ForeVR’s California Dreaming and Brooklyn Rooftop halls, with 5 bags and 5 boards each free of charge. Additional equipment and features can be purchased for players looking to customize their experience for just $9.99, while players who have previously purchased the game will unlock this content for free. These in-app purchases unlock premium hall experiences like the ForeVR 90’s Arcade, Cosmic Cornhole, and The VCL Arena. Additionally, players can add a personalized touch to their gameplay by expanding their collection with 50 bags and 50 boards.

Following ForeVR Pool and Bowl’s footsteps, which launched on Steam in May, Cornhole will soon be accessible to millions of players worldwide. Previously exclusive to the Meta Quest 2 and Quest Pro, Cornhole’s expansion to Steam broadens the game’s reach to be compatible with the following headsets: Valve Index; HTC Vive, Vive Pro, and Vive Pro 2; Oculus Rift and Rift S; and Quest 1, 2, and Pro in Link Mode. The move enables seamless cross-play functionality, where friends and competitors can challenge each other regardless of their chosen platform, fostering a unified and inclusive gaming community.
