CharterUP Appoints LinkedIn, McKinsey, and Pinterest Alum Tyler Baldwin as Chief Revenue Officer

With an impressive track record in sales, strategy, and operations, Baldwin is poised to drive CharterUP’s continued growth and success in the group transportation industry.

Baldwin brings a breadth of knowledge and expertise to CharterUP. Prior to joining, he held several C-level positions, including CRO and CEO, at Reali and key influential positions at prestigious organizations such as LinkedIn, McKinsey & Co., and Pinterest. At Reali, a real estate fintech platform, Baldwin played a pivotal role in scaling the company from $1M to $250M in revenue while also growing the team from 50 to 500 staff. His strategic initiatives, including building demand generation, inside sales, field sales, and customer success teams, led to significant business expansion and increased profitability.

As CRO, Baldwin will be responsible for supervising and enhancing CharterUP’s revenue-generating endeavors, fostering strong partnerships, and propelling the company’s overarching growth strategy. Baldwin’s strategic mindset and emphasis on operational excellence will significantly contribute to CharterUP’s objective of delivering outstanding value and unparalleled customer experiences.
