Christina E. Trezevant-McGriff was born in Baltimore, Maryland. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts. She also earned a Master’s Degree in Human Services Administration from the University of Baltimore/Coppin State University (CSU) Collaborative Program, Baltimore, Maryland.

She taught and enjoyed being a night school Adjunct Professor of Sociology at CSU for over eight years. She is a certified notary and mediator and has worked diligently as a Certified Child Advocate and Court Liaison Representative in the Baltimore community for 18 years. She has two adult children and two grandsons (who inspired this book) and is currently living in Baltimore’s surrounding area. She enjoys learning new things, reading, the arts, dining out, and traveling.
