In addition to her legal background, Andrea is the Founder and Principal of Mosaic 62 Group, a highly regarded PE, VC, and fintech consulting firm. She is also the CEO and Founder of The 1972 Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting gender and racial equality in the workforce.
