Prior to joining Cadence Cash, she amassed nearly two decades of experience as a lawyer, notably serving as Senior Vice President and Senior Counsel and Head of Alternatives Funds Formation at Pacific Investment Company (PIMCO). In this role, she successfully managed a platform of private funds with assets under management exceeding $20 billion.

In addition to her legal background, Andrea is the Founder and Principal of Mosaic 62 Group, a highly regarded PE, VC, and fintech consulting firm. She is also the CEO and Founder of The 1972 Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting gender and racial equality in the workforce.
