Celebrate Pride Month at Trifecta at Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston

In honour of Pride Month, Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston is launching a special cocktail at Trifecta, the stunning lobby-level restaurant and cocktail lounge. Sashay Away is an elegant and fun martini-style cocktail served in a beautiful arabesque glass with an ice sphere. Mixologist Troy Ali was inspired to create a vision of old-Hollywood glam kicked up a notch for Pride. Refreshing ingredients include: vodka, rose petal infused Italicus, a blend of sherries and edible glitter for added sparkle.  Proceeds from the cocktail will benefit Boston Gay Men’s Chorus. One Dalton is the official hotel sponsor for Boston Gay Men’s Chorus and hosted its annual Spring Gala.  

Guests visiting during Pride can also dine on the newly launched dinner menu, inspired by the bounty of the New England coast. Chef Daniel Burger curated a menu with a creative take on New England classics, such as the Surf & Turf Burger, house made Crab Carbonara and comforting New England clam chowder. Every item on the menu is crafted to perfection with locally-sourced ingredients and aromatic herbs and spices. End the night on a sweet note with the new Soft Baked Chocolate Cookie with salted caramel and vanilla bean ice cream served warm in a cast iron skillet.
