IoT Devices Can Now Roam Between the Helium Network and Amazon Sidewalk with New Launch from Oxit Unlocking Unprecedented Connectivity Worldwide

Oxit, the engineering software services provider pioneering customized IoT solutions in partnership with the Helium Foundation, the nonprofit pioneering decentralized wireless for all, today announced the launch of Oxtech Module, enabling the development of IoT devices that are compatible with both the Helium Network and Amazon Sidewalk. The first-of-its-kind module combines the world’s largest LoRaWAN network with a nationwide LoRa network to bring unprecedented global connectivity to IoT solutions providers and their customers worldwide.

IoT adoption is accelerating worldwide. According to Statista, the total number of IoT connected devices is expected to almost triple from 9.7 billion in 2020 to more than 29 billion by 2030. Global, reliable, ubiquitous connectivity will be required to meet the demand for coverage.
