Following the world premiere of the first two episodes of The Idol at Cannes’ Palais des Festivals, stars from the HBO Original drama series danced the night away at HBO’s official red carpet after party at the Palm Club Cannes. DJs Justice (DJ SET) and Mr. Saturday kept guests partying into the early morning.

The event was produced by HBO and La Moss. Talent walked the custom monochromatic step & repeat before entering the Palm Club.

Campari, the red Milanese aperitif, was the event’s official spirits partner featuring specialty cocktails, such as the iconic Negroni and the contemporary Campari Spritz. Catering provided by Paris favorite La Société included a variety of their best dishes and late night food. The evening also featured a special pop up with Casparian Caviar providing caviar bumps with a shot of vodka.

Co-creators Sam Levinson, Abel “The Weeknd” Tesfaye, and Reza Fahim were in attendance, along with cast members Troye Sivan, Hank Azaria, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, Hari Nef, Jane Adams, Blackpink’s Jennie Ruby Jane, Mike Dean, Mitch Modes, Moses Sumney, Rachel Sennott, Sophie Mudd, and Suzanna Son. David Zaslav, President & CEO, Warner Bros. Discovery; Casey Bloys, Chief Content Officer, HBO and Max; and Francesca Orsi, EVP, Original Programming Drama, HBO mingled with partygoers.

The night club was packed with bold-face names including Travis Scott, Future, Julia Fox, Euphoria’s Jeremy O. Harris, Westworld’s Jeffrey Wright, Simi Khadra, and Haze Khadra.

Guests took home limited edition vinyl records of the single “Double Fantasy” from The Idol soundtrack.
