The Summer of Fun Returns to Four Seasons Hotel Houston

The Hotel’s seasonal special events for summer 2023 include:

• Baseball Season: Grab a prime seat for every home game at Bayou & Bottle to cheer on the World Champion Houston Astros, and enjoy a complimentary order of queso and chips with any beverage purchase.
• May 26 - 28; June 23, 24; July 28, 29: Delight the senses at Ben Jackson’s live one-man show, Magic, Music & Mayhem. This one-of-a-kind performance breathes new life into the ancient art by showcasing magic’s vitality in a truly immersive, close-up experience. Tickets from USD 55.
• May 27; June 3, 10, 17, 24; July 8, 15, 22, 29; August 5, 12, 19, 26; September 2:  Soak up the sun at Summer Saturdays, the Hotel’s relaxed weekly poolside gathering. Taking place Saturdays from 12:00 noon to 4:00 pm, guests a enjoy a chill DJ performance from BELLOSOUND, a mouth-watering pool menu, drink specials, and pool games. Cabana Room day rentals start at USD 595 and include passes for up to four people, and private poolside room from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, with furnished outdoor patio.
• June 2, 9, 16, 23, 30; July 7, 14, 21, 28; August 4, 11, 18, 25: Hotel guests are invited to Dive-In Movies, presented Friday evenings from 8:30 to 10:30 pm. Set on the Hotel’s resort-style pool deck, guests can float on the water or lay out on a lounger while enjoying a grown-up “rom-com” movie on an inflatable screen, drink specials, and more.
• June 10: Celebrate Global Wellness Day with a complimentary wellness classes led by the Hotel’s fitness partner Sphere, created by former Major League Soccer player Michael Chabala. Guests can enjoy Sunrise Yoga on the Pool Deck at 8:30 am, hi-intensity POWA classes at 9:30 am and 10:00 am, Hatha Yoga at 10:15 am, and a Kid’s-only POWA class at 10:30 am. Additionally, complimentary wellness-themed amenities will be served throughout the day on the Pool Deck, and zero-proof cocktails are available for purchase at the Pool Deck Café, Bayou & Bottle or Toro Toro.
• June 14: Raise a glass on National Bourbon Day at Houston’s best whisky bar, Bayou & Bottle. Featuring more than 200 whiskies from around the world with an emphasis on America’s spirit, Bayou & Bottle offers tastings guided by Certified Bourbon Stewards.
• June 18: Treat Dad on Father’s Day with a visit to Bayou & Bottle to enjoy complimentary bourbon tastings, along with the Bayou Burger for USD 6. Explore the exclusive Locker Program, with spirit storage available for purchase, allowing Dad to store his favourite bottles for his next visit. Any locker purchase on Father’s Day will include a complimentary bottle of Buffalo Trace Bourbon Whiskey. • August 1 – September 4: “Dine Out and Do Good” during Houston Restaurant Weeks, the largest annual fundraiser for America’s largest food bank, the Houston Food Bank. The month-long charity dining extravaganza features specially priced meals at restaurants around the greater Houston area, including Bayou & Bottle and Toro Toro.

• Weekend Brunch: Bayou & Bottle, the City’s best place for catching a game over flavourful cuisine inspired by Houston’s melting pot of cultures, is now serving Weekend Brunch. Available Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, the menu, created by Chef Godstime Ebeagbor and Executive Pastry Chef Krystin McCarley features big flavours in dishes such as Captain Crunch French Toast; Shrimp & Grits with maple pork belly and cioppino; Bananas Foster Pancakes; Hot Fried Chicken & Waffles; Pop Tarts; and the Must Have Texas Pecan Sticky Bun, with caramel and choice of ice cream. Inventive brunch cocktails and an extensive Bloody Mary bar provide the perfect complement to Weekend Brunch.
• Summer Chef’s Counter: Building on the popularity of omikase menus, Toro Toro introduces a special twelve-course tasting menu at the restaurant’s “suviche” counter with Chef Cho. Guests will enjoy a memorable seasonal offering of select Toro Toro flavours, expertly paired with adult beverages. • Latin Live: Toro Toro features live Latin musical entertainment each Tuesday from 6:30 to 9:30 pm. Alongside the music, guests delight in Restaurant Chef Rafael Villalpando’s menu, offering a twist on the contemporary steakhouse experience with pan-Latin influences and Asian dishes. • Summer Scrub: The Spa introduces its Endless Summer Body Scrub, a seasonal treatment available June 1 - August 31. This full body sugar scrub brings together the scents of exotic fruits, white jasmine, and vanilla musk, while a blend of coconut oil and sweet almond oil deeply moisturizes and rejuvenates. The scrub is followed by an application of ultra-hydrating blend of shea butter containing and aloe vera, leaving the skin silky smooth and aglow. This 50-minute experience is priced at USD 280.
• Behind the Bookcase: Cool off with the city’s best bartenders at Bandista, the Hotel’s intimate speakeasy. Enjoy inventive cocktails Wednesday through Saturday from 5:00 pm to 12:00 midnight. Reservations are required.

This beloved juicy floral scent is ideal for warm weather, with notes of vineyard peach lovingly uplifted by jasmine. Mediterranean Peach 15 is available in 50 ml (USD 445) and 100 ml (USD 615).
• Whet Your Whistle Welcome: In-house guests are invited to enjoy a complimentary tasting of Bayou & Bottle’s signature Dr. Pepper Old Fashioned, guided by one of the Hotel’s Certified Bourbon Stewards Fridays from 2:00 to 4:00 pm.
• “Suviche” Making Class: Join Cho, the Toro Toro “Suviche” Chef for a personalized sushi and ceviche making class, where guests will learn (and taste) the expert art of making these delectable favourites. Guests will also enjoy the new wellness class – Joga, offered Wednesdays and Saturdays at 10:45 am and 6:45 pm. Meaning “play” in Portuguese, Joga is a 45-minute yoga flow class that uses resistance bands and 6, 10, or 20-pound slam balls for low-intensity workout that mixes light strengthening exercise into a playful flow. • Bourbon Tasting Experience: Dive deep into the world of “America’s spirit” during a private bourbon tasting at Bayou & Bottle.
