Kathleen Federico Named CHRO of the Year

HRO Today, a global network for human resources professionals, announced the 2023 Chief Human Resource Officer Awards honoring those CHROs with the capabilities to adapt to a competitive business environment and deliver the insight needed for HR transformation. MITRE’s Senior Vice President and Chief People, Brand, and Communications Officer Kathleen Federico was named CHRO of the Year in the non-profit category, among an elite group of 34 CHRO Leaders of Distinction, for her resilience and leadership in creating a culture of belonging and ensuring our people have the opportunity to grow, thrive, and prosper.
