An update on our commitment to pay transparency

WEBWIRE

We continue to expand pay transparency for our employees. Airbnb employees based in the United States can access the base pay range for their current role, level and location.

Airbnb is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we believe providing transparency around compensation is an important part of this work. As part of this commitment, we continue to expand pay transparency for our employees.

Airbnb employees based in the US can access the base pay range for their current role, level and location through an internal HR website. We plan to roll this out to employees globally over the course of the year.

We believe it is important that employees have clarity on our compensation philosophy and programs. Additionally, greater pay transparency contributes to our culture of trust and accountability.

This is the latest step we have taken to provide more pay transparency. Last year, we began sharing base pay hiring ranges on job postings in the US.

Our commitment does not stop here and we will continue exploring ways to offer greater transparency to our employees
