About the Author
Nature and being outdoors is Sarah’s passion. One time she was at Myakka Lake and saw a Roseate Spoonbill. Being fascinated by this pink bird she decided to write a story. She loves where she lives with acres of mangroves behind her home which was recently purchased by Sarasota County, now a 40 acre preserve. Sarah has three grandchildren who she had in mind while writing Ross Takes Flight. Sarah is an avid cyclist, crossing the USA twice by bike.
