Angie contributed to her community as a volunteer throughout most of her career and continues in her retirement. For over 25 years, she taught college psychology, social work, and social welfare. She was also on local TV and radio, conducted CEU workshops for peers, and facilitated women’s spiritual retreats and children’s grief groups at a public elementary school.
