Service teams are vital

It is well-known that our service teams are vital for Scania’s success. Their dedication, knowledge, and efficiency give value to our customers, making sure that their vehicles are back on the road. The Scania Top Team competition is a way of highlighting the importance of service personnel. There is a shortage of service technicians in the world. Scania alone needs to recruit more than 1,000 service technicians annually in the coming years. “Top Team is a very good experience. If you get the chance – do it!” says Team Germany to other service teams around the globe.
