Taylor Shaw is a crusading environmental attorney who used to be a farm girl. She has been appointed to the US Attorney’s Office. Part of the training is to connect and spend time with the natives at an Indian reservation where she makes a good connection with the Chief and his staff.

Dave Roberts is a gangster who hides his illegal drug activities in the guise of a food-growing business. Taylor gets involved in a water rights case that threatens Roberts’ business activities. To slow her down, Roberts sends his people to kidnap Taylor’s daughter, Isabel Miller.

Upon knowing that Roberts has a hold on her daughter, Taylor seeks help from her Native American friends to help her in the case instead of trusting the police and the FBI. Will she be able to save her daughter, protect the Native Americans’ rights, and put an end to Dave Roberts’ illegal activities?

Author’s Biography

Tighe Taylor is a graduate of Whittier College, School of Law, located in Los Angeles County. Presently, he lives and works in Los Angeles where, in addition to writing, owns and operates a real estate consulting business and law practice. His prior literary works include the book, “The Tragic Death of Marina Habe,” a true crime account of the most unfortunate kidnapping and murder of Marina Habe, a friend from junior high school, and two crime fiction novels, “The Kidnapping of Tammy Fitzgerald” and “The Kidnapping of Taylor Shaw.”
