Author Bio

Dr. Richard L. Bowman has been involved in education and writing for most of his life. Richard is a retired college physics professor and an ordained Christian minister, having served eight congregations in pastoral or overseer roles for over 20 years. Aside from writing books, he is also a semi-professional photographer and an illustration artist.

Richard’s other published works include academic articles, a doctoral dissertation, Christian faith articles, and three other books such as “Living Prayer: A Bible Study Calling for Action,” “Little Rich’s Questions: Humor to Help Our Faith Stay Healthy.”

Richard, with his wife, Elise, now lives in a retirement community in Harrisonburg, VA, where they enjoy time together, reading and writing, and getting to know their community.
