Dealer Communications Hubs (DCH) Expand DSPs’ Addressable Market, Commoditize Integration

Broomfield, Colo., June 20, 2005 – Oxlo Systems, the leading DCH provider, today announced four new and separate agreements with dealer system provider (DSP) partners, each of which expands the DSPs’ addressable market and commoditizes the process of integrating software sold and used by divergent system vendors, information brokers, franchise dealerships, and auto manufacturers.

Specifically, Automotive Computer Services will integrate its ACCESS® software into Oxlo’s DCH, AutoTPX™, and in the process have its dealer management software (DMS) integrated with the dealer communications system (DCS) of Volkswagen of America, GM RIM, and the RouteOne finance acceptance network (FAN).

“We had been developing our own integration solutions with third-party ebXML software before talking with Oxlo,” said Van Koppersmith, president of Automotive Computer Services. “We changed our approach once we realized that Oxlo could tie us immediately into VW, GM RIM, and RouteOne, while making it possible to easily add additional OEMs and information brokers as our customers begin to ask for them.”

Similarly, Applied Computer Solutions will become the first Oxlo partner integrated to Ford’s DCS. According to Applied, Ford integration is a new service not previously available to its dealership customers. Applied will also use the Oxlo DCH to offer their customers immediate integration with the RouteOne and BIGFNI FANs, with Applied disclosing that their more than 300 independent dealers are targets for BIGFNI integration.

Existing Oxlo partner Dubuque Data Services also announced today a deepening of their relationship with Oxlo to include GM RIM, RouteOne and BIGFNI integration, on top of their existing VW integrated offering.

Finally, MPK Automotive, another current Oxlo partner, announced an expansion of its existing relationship with Oxlo to include RouteOne and BIGFNI integrations.
