Author Bio

Jaime Carlo-Casellas Ph.D.’s mission is to help those whose life is hindered by stress-related disorders and inspire them to sketch out the blueprint for reaching the life they deserve. Jaime holds a doctorate in Experimental Immunopathology. He is a certified life coach, mindfulness instructor, consultant, and registered yoga instructor and has undergone training in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. During the Vietnam Conflict, he served as a medical service corps officer in the United States Navy. Jaime is the founding director of the Stress Management & Prevention Center, LLC, in Cathedral City, California.
