Donnabelle Pineda was born in the Philippines and grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, California. She started writing poems and nursery rhymes in high school for her show and tell assignments, where she recognized her writing talent. Her first book is a memoir which is still in progress, but her first published book, “The Dragon and A Rat Tale” (2018), is becoming popular as the new timeless fairytale favorite. She is yet to enter a new world of her passion in storytelling to keep children of all ages entertained and their dreams and imagination alive.
